As 77 million tamil speakers are there and as one of the oldest language. There is a much need for people to find a way to express their scientific ideas. As we all know, our thinking is more powerful in the native language as we are used to it rather than our learning language. I am willing to collect the references, websites, blogs and technical papers that can contribute to the development of tamil in technological front.
1) SWARAM - A java, C++, C compiler for tamil language. It also has the swaram virtual machine (similar to JVM). My first impression to it is, it helps even children in rural areas to understand the symentics and structure of the computer language easily
